First Things First
4 Seasons
Welcome to the mobility POD! To start we would love for you to watch a few intro videos to help you understand everything we have to offer. We have a few different sections that will explain the important things you need to know in a way that will make sense.
1: Meet The Coaches
This section will give an overview of who is behind The Mobility POD. These videos will explain the experience and knowledge Coach Watts and Coach Money have and the reasons why they wanted to release a platform for coaches and athletes to learn how to train like a specialist.
2: Beginner Vs. Intermediate Vs. Advanced
This video will explain what the difference is between these three categories and why we believe it is important to stick to the range of difficulty you are capable of doing. The Evaluation Exercises will give you a range of difficulty to stay in between. All of this can be seen in the exercise description/keys as well as be searched through the websites search engine. The first video will show how this is done.
3: Priming Vs. Developmental Vs. Activation
These three categories break each exercises up into when we do them in relation to when we are wanting to perform on the field. This video will go into detail about our philosophy of the CNS and its role in how well we can perform. We will explain the differences off all of these categories and why we do them at certain times in the week of training.
4: Future Plans
This video will give an overview of our release schedule and what type of content you can expect at The Mobility POD. The future is exiting for this platform and we cant wait to release it for you guys!
